Adat Reyim is a congregation that encourages volunteerism. Several years ago, we implemented a program called Give 10. The purpose of the program is to expand our support base in order to meet the needs of the congregation. Our goal is to provide the necessary support for all our programs and activities to be successful. If each member volunteers 10 hours of time, we can do it!

How can you help? There are many opportunities. For example, if you have approximately 2 hours of time during the day, we can use help with administrative tasks. It is a great way to get to know our terrific and dedicated office staff. If you have time on a Friday, there are many things that need to be done to prepare for Shabbat, such as prepare platters.

Not available during the day? There are some things that can be done at home, particularly if you are proficient on the computer. Perhaps you would like to serve on a committee. Are you knowledgeable in the area of Finance? Would you be interested in a Board position? Are you able to make phone calls? Make a meal for a family in need?

There are always events and social activities being planned. If you would like to be part of a large or small event, please contact me. We want all members to feel part of the Adat Reyim community of friends.
