The Young Family Service is designed to introduce the Friday night service in a way that is friendly and fun. We sing prayers and songs accompanied by a guitar.  We also include English readings that are appropriate for young children. The rabbi entertains the families with an educational, thought-provoking story. Children can learn the format and content of a Friday Shabbat service in a comfortable atmosphere.

Young Family Services are offered on the second Friday of every month. We are looking for people who would be willing to lead the service (or parts of it). Please contact Rebecca Gibson or Larry Meinstein if you are interested.
