David Berkowitz is the Congregation’s Latke ‘Mayven’ (expert)!  He leads the latke cooking for the annual Latke & Lights Chanukah celebration, producing over 400 latkes for that event, using his family’s recipe. David will do an online cooking demonstration from start-to-finish, sharing the tips and tricks to making the perfect latke!
