Mark Nebel Memorial Scholarship Award

The Mark Nebel Memorial Scholarship was established in the Fall of 2006 to honor the memory of Mark Nebel. An award of $1000 will be issued to up to two graduating high school seniors of Congregation Adat Reyim member families deemed most worthy by the Award Selection Committee. The student selected will be going on to a post-high school education, regardless of being academic or vocational.

To honor Mark Nebel’s volunteer spirit and kindness, this scholarship award has been developed to spotlight candidates that have focused on bettering their communities through their actions. The award focuses on the character of the person and how they have spent their high school years giving back to their community and helping others.

This year’s application deadline is May 16, 2025. Details and the scholarship application form can be found in the following links or by visiting the Adat Reyim office.
