Men's Club


I would like to welcome you to Congregation Adat Reyim Men's Club. We are made up of men from across all the congregation's demographics. We are an active, social, and socially active group who have fun, support good causes, and kibitz.

Membership: We welcome new members to Adat Reyim and give them a sense of community

Men's Club is part of the AR Membership Committee

  • Call new members
  • Men's Club membership is free to all new members
  • Monthly breakfasts and dinners to welcome and include new members
  • Provide interesting and relevant speakers during our monthly breakfasts
  • Offer varied activities and programs to encourage participation, including a successful softball team, field trips, social and community service activities

Social Action: We provide opportunities and information for helping others

  • Help to clean and repair areas of the shul, including the landscaping.

AR Committees: We are actively involved within AR

  • Religious practices – Serve as ushers during the High Holidays
  • Adult Education – co-sponsor educational activities
  • Sisterhood – co-sponsor educational and social activities
  • Finance – donate funds to support and initiate AR activities
  • Fundraising – work with AR board, AR Executive Secretary, and other committees for the purpose of raising money for Adat Reyim

Communications: We provide and distribute information through email, Web page, flyers, etc.

  • Write welcome for Web page
  • Email Men's Club messages and reminders through our Yahoo! Group
  • Forward all information about AR to Men's Club members
  • Make and distribute flyers for all activities/programs
