On Weds, June 24, 6:15 PM, Dr Russell B Rayman will give a presentation entitled, “Corregidor: America’s Greatest Military Defeat.” In May, 1942, 76,000 American and Filipino troops surrendered to the Japanese. As background to the battle, a brief history of the Philippines will be presented.
